Harald put my character through Blackstaff in the game, but the rest of the background are things that have come up during gameplay. Everyone around the table have contributed, including Harald. That's how I se it anyhow:)Toadfacehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11394158149284593761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8046469008368273193.post-80045272746047009452011-07-19T07:09:10.109-04:002011-07-19T07:09:10.109-04:00I've said this before on various occasions, bu...I've said this before on various occasions, but the vanilla-setting just don't speak to me. Its that whole Atlantis-myth I just can't deal with. But I do like the system and the concept of the game, and nWoD is just like any other RPG in that regard -- you can use it in pretty much any game with a little finagling.

I'm can't really say how much was player-made, and how much I had to do with it... I know I put Blackstaff into Toadface's story, but most of the rest I believe is Bjørnar's doing. Perhaps he can shed some more light on this himself, though.

Galan's background was mostly himself, and the same goes for van Zaar.Haraldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09864029225698561023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8046469008368273193.post-78017539303486477982011-07-19T06:22:08.348-04:002011-07-19T06:22:08.348-04:00What Von said. Only having vague memories of Mage 1e, though, it's really only the setting stuff I notice.

How much of their character's place in the world did the player's come up with, and how much was back and forth with you?Treyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04647628467658839351noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8046469008368273193.post-1001091911646521182011-07-19T06:07:58.035-04:002011-07-19T06:07:58.035-04:00I remain impressed at how extensively you've a...I remain impressed at how extensively you've adapted Mage to a fantasy milieu, without really having to change that much as well - it's all in the extra-mechanical stuff and the names of spells and the concepts, and that's marvellous. Proper game-world building.Vonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12583821960347555993noreply@blogger.com
